Welcome to Cupertino

Eclectic architecture, charming vineyards, and world-class city amenities

Cupertino is best known as the headquarters of Apple and Hewlett-Packard. Set in the foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains, it has beautiful natural scenery and wide-open green spaces with booming technology industries and convenient city amenities. It’s also surrounded by several wineries and is home to two public golf courses.

Cupertino comprises very diverse neighborhoods. They feature a mix of historic and contemporary architecture, including Mediterranean-style bungalows, spacious single-family homes, chic townhouses, and ultra-modern condominiums. The city also includes 220 mid-century modern homes designed by prominent architect Joseph Eichler. There’s a network of bike lanes, including the first cable-stay pedestrian bike bridge built over a California freeway.
